Processing tests
We plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate sampling and processing tests in laboratory or pilot scale, that are conducted by ourselves or in cooperation with well equipped and highly qualified facilities (at suppliers, universities and other testing facilities) - whatever suits best to the task.
Process development
We design process flow sheets for the preparation of all types of raw materials - taking into consideration the application of state-of-the-art processes as well as the development of innovative processes for a more efficient material treatment.
Design work is usually based on the results of processing tests and includes mass and water balances, equipment sizing as well as capex and opex.
Plant concepts and budgeting
According to the process we also provide plant concepts with scaled GA drawings, cross sections and/or 3D-Models, including equipment lists for core equipment, material handling and transport, auxiliary devices, steel construction and electrical installations for the calculation of the according budgets.
